Hi!  I’m Rachael, and my journey in health and wellness is rooted in my faith, family, fitness, and financial stewardship. As a devoted wife and mother of four, I understand the importance of creating a balanced life that nurtures both our bodies and our minds. Through my services—sourdough mentorship, meal planning, family budgeting, and insurance reviews—I empower families to simplify healthy living and secure their financial futures. Recently, I’ve combined my financial expertise with my wellness knowledge by becoming a licensed insurance agent, helping families achieve financial freedom and legacy planning.

Now, I’m building a platform to connect meal planning, sourdough mentorship, and financial wellness, all driven by my belief that when we prioritize health and financial stability, we can fulfill our purpose.

My Food Philosophy

As moms, we juggle so much—our health goals, our family’s needs, and everything in between. That’s why I meal plan: to simplify life and bring balance.

For me, dinner is where my 80:20 lifestyle shines. It’s not about perfection but making meals work for everyone while staying true to my health goals.

I believe healthy eating isn’t about eliminating foods; it’s about adding in more good stuff, like plants and protein. Pizza night? Add a salad. Burgers? Load up on veggie toppings.

I don’t follow strict diets, and I don’t shy away from butter, milk, or ground beef. My philosophy is about enjoying real food and creating a space where my family connects over meals.

Dinner isn’t just food—it’s memories and togetherness. Even when everyone’s tastes don’t align, I ensure each meal has something for everyone, with options that support flexibility and flavor.  Healthy living starts at the dinner table, where simplicity meets nourishment.
