My Story
Hi, I’m Rachael! With nearly a decade in the health and wellness industry, my journey began after the birth of my fourth child.
Transitioning from a 14-year career in finance to being a stay-at-home mom, I sought community and control over my health. Joining the YMCA opened doors to a supportive network, inspiring me to become a group exercise instructor and a partner with Juice Plus.
My passion lies in simplifying healthy living, focusing on the core essentials of hydration, sleep, movement, and nutrition, as well as gut health.
Recently, I’ve combined my financial expertise with my wellness knowledge by becoming a licensed insurance agent, helping families achieve financial freedom and legacy planning.
Now, I’m building a platform to connect meal planning, sourdough mentorship, and financial wellness, all driven by my belief that when we prioritize health and financial stability, we can fulfill our purpose.
